- the waitress spoke only Italian, not even English. you can't expect everyone to know Italian at a conversational level. it was terrible to ask for absolutely anything. - the terrace is not heated at all. or at least not as they boast on instagram, where they say it's as hot as in Sicily. yes, like in frozen Sicily. the only advantage of the terrace is that it is covered. - at one point, we went inside to eat, where it was as cold as outside. the food was very greasy and did not look fresh at all. money wasted. ah, they didn't even turn on the music, I felt like at someone's home, I really felt uncomfortable, as if I had invaded their living room. - I had come for a great experience and left super disappointed. and no, I can't overlook all these details noted above because of the pandemic, because even in a pandemic, I am still a customer, I pay the same price and I still need respect: warmth, fresh food, pleasant atmosphere.

The food is delicious, just like in Italy, but the prices are a bit too high for the conditions offered. The staff was very friendly. The toilet is better to be avoided.

I feel that the prices are too high for the level of service, the food is tasty but you can get a better bang for your buck. Did I enjoy the place? Yes, not bad. Will I return? No

Pros: really authentic design and atmosphere, like in Sicily, plus good food. Cons: overpriced (especially the 30 cheese pasta or risotto), rather unpleasant & stuck up owners/waiters. Recommendation: go at least once, try the 7 cheese risotto or pasta even though the owner will say it's way worse than the 30 cheese version, and judge for yourself.

Ordered curb side pick up as I live 5 min away and no delivery service was available. Pizzas were very cold and hardened even though I had to wait inside 10 min for the order to be ready. In addition, one of them was quite burned. I could've passed this over but really the look and taste were terrible. (thought too late to take photos sadly) The cannoli tasted like it was gone bad so I've not had the courage to move on to the tiramisu yet. All in all a very costly and disappointing experience. You would be better suited to order from speed or any other neighbourhood pizzeria.

Some of the best Italian I've had. A bit pricey, but it's worth it if you want to try out some genuine sicilian food.

Bad food. Took some simple pasta that on menu said were made with home made pasta, but clearly was not true. Also, the sauce tasted like the one in the store. My Norma pasta had cow cheese instead of ricotta. Cannot pay with card. Do not recommend
