Great baby stuff at good prices

Ordered a product online. It was not functioning correctly, tried reaching out to a local Bebe TEI shop, they told me I should go to the shop which issued the receipt, it was the one in Lacul TEI, the ones there told me to go directly to the service warehouse. Called their service desk line several times before reaching someone, they told me that is not the procedure, as it is a product ordered online I should send it via delivery. So there goes a work day wasted on the road for nothing(thanks Bebe TEI). Sent in the product to the delivery address provided by the Bebe TEI staff, the courier confirmed the delivery but no word since then from Bebe TEI; they are not replying to email, the phone number listed online is always busy/not answering. This is starting to look like a very bad SCAM! Will file a report to ANPC as well, this is unacceptable. (for internal Bebe TEI reference, check 76693).
Very good store to buy everything you need for your baby and you. Very cheap products, nice employees. The prices are sometimes half of the other ones for the same product.
Huge range of products. The prices are lower than the market, but the place is cramped and usually busy as hell. Very friendly staff, good return policy and I'll say it again - huge range of products. Only go there if you really need to see or test something, otherwise online shopping is your best bet.
Plenty of products to choose from, both for babies and for dermato-cosmetics , great prices, cheaper than their competitors'. Worth going there, please be patient with the queue, everyone else knows about the cheap prices too!
Great prices. Great variety. The workers tho... it depends on your luck, either super nice and helpful or arrogant and hasty.
Good prices, large selection but crowded and tight You will find most children and baby stuff, large selection and very good prices. Hard to find parking in the area and the place itself is packed, small and crowded, if you have patience you will probably find most of what you are after. They also deliver and have online ordering for those who prefer
Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Bad customer service which you have to accept for low prices. “Raluca Ganea” is so unfliendly, so I recomand to avoid her in that store....
