Beat45 is a high-class fitness studio where you can achieve excellent results in a short time. It is an interesting concept - you feel like going to club, but you are actually working out :) I like the fact that the gym is small, so there aren't a lot of people, which makes trainers to be very careful with the way we do our exercises and make us feel very important (spoiled, I would say :) ) Another thing I like is that at every class you always have some exercises which you have practiced before, which helps create a bit of confidence and new exercises, which make your muscles be always out of comfort zone. Bottom line, this gym is the perfect mix of high professional trainers, very good music, awesome atmosphere and excellent results.

Superior to all workouts. Fun, fast, insanely productive, facilities are impeccably maintained, staff is knowledgeable and gives a smile when you walk in AND you can have a fresh smoothie waiting for you after your workout! I've gone to gyms such as this back in the US but Beat 45 has taken the concept to the next level offering a much more high end experience. While the cost may seem high, if you compare it to a personal trainer it is not. Plus this is a completely different type of workout. You can shred in several weeks vs taking several months. You feel "HIGH ON LIFE" when you leave!!!! Different concept for sure - but try it...you may never go back to a 'traditional' gym again ;)

Beat 45 is my favorite gym now! It’s hard core, but very rewarding. The classes are super intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. Rob and team are incredibly welcoming, service oriented and helpful. Congrats! You have to try it!
