TL;DR: Back in May 2018 I went to Noumax for a simple battery replacement on my iPhone 6 and received back my device with display issues. Note: prior to the battery replacement, the phone was in pristine condition (you couldn't tell the difference if you would place it near a brand new phone). Long version: I've left my device at Noumax for a battery replacement and 2 days later I was called to pick it up. I paid for the service, and before leaving the store, I realized that following the battery replacement, 2 vertical lines appeared on the display and the touch was no longer working properly. Following their suggestion, I left them the phone again for investigations. The phone sat with them for almost a month, getting updates only when requesting them myself. I would be informed that on x day I will receive a replacement phone and when that day came, they would say they still don't have the phone. In the end, the phone was replaced. Note that this happened only after calling Apple Support myself to try to get some traction on Noumax's side. However, when I got home with the replacement phone, I realized the screen of this new device is not seated properly and makes a clicking noise when pressing the bottom right corner of the screen. Needless to say, following this miserable saga I had no more energy or willpower to bring the phone back to Noumax for the screen clicking issue, so I gave up and decided to make do with what I had. Considering that the display issue was caused by their technicians who replaced the battery, would have really appreciated if I would have been offered a temporary phone while waiting a month for them to fix up their own mess. Giving it an extra star as they were polite and also had a pleasant experience a couple of years ago.
