First second visit: closed (opening hours dont mean anything to this guy) Third visit: ask him for a first edition book that appeared in stock on his website. “It’s not here, I will call you tomorrow and bring it for you from my warehouse” Two working days go by, doesn’t call me. Fourth visit: closed. Doesn’t answer phone. Fifth: go there, he gives me the book, and as I walk out I realise it’s the wrong edition. He goes ‘oh, sorry, I saw that it’s old and assumed it’s the right one. Come back tomorrow, I’ll call you.’ Naturally, he doesn’t call me, as another three working days go by. Sixth visit: Go there, ask him “hi so do you have my book?” “Oh, sorry, someone else bought it after I placed it on my desk. Forgot it was yours” Of course, this particular book I can also find from another vendor, but after a certain number of failed tries I was too involved to try somewhere else. One star, very disappointing. EDIT: I have read the response to this review and it is (poorly) written only to save face. Get your business hours in order, call your customers back (or don’t say that you will), and for god’s sake keep your promises.

Trash business. Went during hours it was open with the owner there and he said it was closed but \might\ be open later but wouldn't give me a time.
