Fairly good service. The civil servant at the counter was very calm and guided me with all the information I needed. The location could be improved with some better marking of where to go. There are a lot of papers all over the walls and this can be a bit overwhelming and confusing.

I have visited the place for Super-legalization of some documents. The service was quick. The person is also helpful. Though they do not mention that they are making it quick by charging double fees (43X2) as urgent. The service is open all 5 days, but not full day (9:00-11:00 and 14:30-15:30).
The bad, i had to go there for a problem the that shouldn't exist. The good, the person i talked to was knowledgeable.
Poor quality employees.
Busy place but the people are helpful and kind.
