Very difficult to communicate with the person answering the phone. Doesn't let you talk, cuts you off and is rude and angry. Unacceptable

Rude and humiliating experience no matter your citizenship or background. We were met with words such as u ma intereseaza\. The staff would benefit from additional training and a change in the work culture.

Indeed like everyone else's experience. Can't answer simple questions without getting angry and this is UNACCEPTABLE from an actually Embassy. I suggest that they fire her immediately and that they provide decent Customer Service training for their staff. This is 2020 and people will not stand this kind of miserable behavior.

I went today to get a visa, the woman that verified my documents almost screamed at me instead of speaking. Don't even understand why she was so mad, I was calm and was not angry or anything, I think I asked her two questions. Seriously considering of getting the visa at the airport. By the comments of other people on the internet that behaviour is on regular bases at the visa office unfortunately.

Terrible experience on the phone

Not professional at all, even in matters of a simple question on the phone. The lady didn't even hear the full case and answered ahead with \i don't know\.

No comment ..i hate people who cant explain calmly..when their job is to work with people..site of Thai Ambassy needs to be updated further more..plus i dont get it why they need bank statement or to see if i am employed or not. I had a bank statement that should be enough for me and my husband as a family..but because my husband didnt had one we were rejected..what if i am a freelancer working without any papers but i have money..? Than i have no chance to get the visa or what? Or lets suppose my parents gifted me in cash 5000 euro..i cant make visa cause i am unemployed or dont have a bank account? Worst conditionts ever..will never return just make a VOA cause its easier and we have been there like this for the past 3 years...

There is a very unpleasant person that is receiving the visa applications. She talks with ugly words and she is asking for documents that are not specified on the internet site for this application. I hope she will be changed from that position. I will not visit Thailand again if I have to get viza from the same person in the same conditions.
