I've used them several times and each time they were up to par. The towing truck came fast and the people at the end of the line were always professional.

They'll send a towing platform, but they won't arrange anything with a car service for you. So you'll have to do that yourself, which kinda defeats the purpose of the assistance card in my opinion. Regarding the call center operators, the experience was mixed: encountered a very good one and a not so prepared one.
At least in Bucharest it works great! The \partner tow driver\ only just found out about the subscription when he picked us up so, there could be more information going out to their partners. Also not sure where to direct this, but the tow driver did not have a clue as to the closest service where he could drop us off, so we did the searching for him. Although he was very kind and did take us to wherever we wanted. Hopefully it works as well everywhere else and I never find out.
Pretty fast, no hassle.
After burning my clutch on a vacation in Greece 9695 really saved us. Even though we were in a fairly remote location that was hard to find, they got a tow truck out to us in less than 2 hours that took us to the nearest car repair place. A few days later our car was fixed and our vacation saved. 9695 regularly checked in with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Definitely worth the money.
