The employee was really disrespectful. I asked him to help me with a watch strap (I wanted to buy it), the clock was 21:45, and he told me that is 10 o’clock and he can’t help, but repeat the clock was 21:45, but he was really busy to play games on his tablet. It was the last time for me at this place. Really, really disrespectful and rude employee.

2 weeks ago I changed the battery of my watch, even though that the people working at 7 seconds are trained to open watches, change the battery and closed it back, they failed closing it properly. I did not notice from the very beginning, washes with it and water entered leading to a broken watch. I do not recommend their service, as you might get your watch ruined.
