2 weeks ago, I went on Dorobanti for a balayage (my hair was brown and I wanted a dark blonde balayage) and the girls were rushing to get the procedure done so that they can go home. I don't know if this was the main reason, but when I got home and looked in the mirror I noticed how awful my hair was looking. To give you a more clear picture, it looked like I dyed my whole hair blonde and my roots growed 4-5 cm. There was no such thing as balayage, just a straight line that splitted the brown from blonde. I am very disappointed that I spended a lot of money on something of such poor quality and of course I had to dye my hair back at home which caused it to be a lot more fragile. Even though the place looks good and the employees are kind, I do not recommend the services!

I feel frustrated about paying for something that hasn't been delivered. I had an appointment on Saturday in Dorobanti to have a simple cut of to the ends of my hair. I have 30 years old and i never saw the technique that that lady used it. To be more precise, she said that I'm having some damaged highlights and she wants to clean them, without cutting the edges of the hair only mimicking with the scissor (i have medium-long hair) and then cutting only my back hair like 2 cm, without touching my front hair or the rest of the head. Very disappointed .. I was angry at the end and she was disturbed that I'm not happy with the service, and she wanted to redo the job. I was afraid of the outcome so i said \No\, i paid and tip her, and please do not use that salon for HAIRSTYLING or if you want to laugh/be nervous at the end of the day, be my guest. I don't want to be rude, but I think that that lady( i don't know her name) was a beginner or she doesn't know how to handle a simple request. Be careful!

Raluca is an amazing stylist ! She took my hair from total damage to shiny, glossy and bouncy in half a year. She refused to do certain procedures that I wanted showing me it was going to damage my hair further. Anybody else would have just been happy to take my money and do it. She chose the long road to recovery and it was 100% worth it. I can't recommend her enough !

I strongly recommend this place and especially Lavinia. All the people there are very friendly and the hours passed before I knew it. Lavinia took the time to get to know my hair history, my preferences and my dream. Since my hair was recently dyed we found the best balayage color and she took all the time needed to get the best result. She showed a lot of kindness, politeness and guided me through every step of the process. Also, I received a clear guide of how to take care of my hair. I will surely go back here and even though is far from my house, is definitely worth it! A 5 star salon but without the arrogance that normally comes with 5 star places. Good job to the whole personal there!

I was last week at 1dreamsalon and it was as always excellent and professional. Not only me but my sister and my mother have had unforgettable experiences. I was trimmed, painted and arranged by Lavinia, very cute, nice, funny and creative lady. She works very well and professionally, leaving my hair silky and harmonious, full of color and shine. At Alina I went to manicure and pedicure, she's working very nice, professional and clean. I left as usual with a smile on my lips as every time from 1dreamsalon. I adore and see you soon! I strongly recommend this salon if you wanna look your best️
