My fiance made a reservation for two for my birthday. He specifically requested a table near the window. When we arrived the waiter seated us at a table as furthest away from the window as it could be. They have few dishes, most of them have sea food. If you're not eating fish there isn't much to get there. They didn't have the \18th wonder\ dessert, we ended up getting a lava cake and a cheesecake and the cheesecake wasn't that good.

It’s very nice place. The service is very good. Prices are higher than in other place, but here you have nice view. Also they have all kind of food type that you don’t find in regular restaurants. You need to book at table in time.
Chic\ place, international standing. Nice view, large selection of local wines, food and service quality very good as well. Of course the prices are high compared to local standards. Go here for a business dinner, or simply if you want to experience Bucarest's youth life.
Good atmosphere, nice people. The food was above my expectations, it's worth the price. There is also a very good separate closed room for smoking. Large windows of course, very nice view of the city, especially at night. Perfect for a romantic evening and even for bigger groups.
A great place with a stunning view to Herastrau Park and the city, both the day and especially the night. The food is exceptional, very tasty and with a plating à la 'master chef'. The service is exceptional, in few places in Bucharest you can find services like this. I truly recommend this restaurant for everything it offers. A place suitable for events, groups and especially a romantic evening at heights.
Great food combined with a nice view of Bucharest. The food is not too expensive and there is a nice amount of option to choose from. The drinks menu is extensive aswell and includes nicely made Cocktails. Desserts are excellent. The portions are not huge but I would say it is just enough. I would definitively recommend this place. However, try to reserve ahead.
18 Lounge is as the name suggests, the 18th floor of the building. It's in a quiet area of Bucharest and with a view. The food are well presented and the way the ingredients are combined together, really pleased the palate. All the dishes we ordered are very well prepared. No complaints here, and it sure is well worth your time to make it here to dine away!
I am guessing this place is considered as fancy one because of the nice views from the 18th floor. Prices are suitable but they also offer menu for 25 RON and that is super cheap. Food is ok, staff is very serious and professional. Crack a smile from time to time, it's not dangerous :)
