Amazing hotel! Once you arrive there, it’s like you step in Aspen, US. The staff is incredible, so-so nice service! The spa, the view, the rooms are simply amazing! Let’s not forget about the food! You cannot miss this place!

Location is very near to telecabins. Rooms are nice and getting disinfected very well. Staff is quite friendly.. Its best to book your SPA and outdoor Jacuzi while you are checking-in.
This is an amazing hotel! I strongly recommend it, because of its nice and comfortable rooms, because of its amazing breakfast, good night sleep, extremely good location next to the ski slopes. The stuff is unique too, always smiling and ready to help with all your needs. Our accommodation was absolutely as we asked for and believe me we had a long list of expectations! Thank you, Teleferic grand hotel , we will back for sure!
It's a beautiful hotel, very well situated in Poiana Brasov. The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly, unfortunately you can rarely find this in Romanian hotels. The room is cosy and very clean, the common spaces as well. The restaurant serves tasty dishes and the spa area is nice.

Perfect position for winter sports lovers. The design and the atmosphere is very nice, scandinavian style. Some rooms are big with nice view. Breakfast is the BEST - plenty of options to choose from. Restaurant food is very pricy, small portions and asian food is not tasty at all.
I haven't been to other hotels in Poiana Brasov but still, I think this is the best one. Beautiful lobby and restaurant, lovely service, nice room - we had the low cost one which was a little bit on the small side, but the photos on the website are exactly like the real thing, so I thing the other rooms are bigger and nicer. We had some amazing massages and enjoyed some sun in the beautiful back yard. Everyone is nice and helpful.
