I have been in many places but Breakfast from this hotel was best ever. Apartament was very clean and spacious. Nice balcony and good restaurant also. I will highly recommend this place in Poiana Brasov. Pool was just 30 minutes but I knew before booking.
I really loved the place! Our host was very nice, warm, she offered us a lot of treats on the house and even offered to cook dinner for us one night. The apartment is very very clean, very well equiped with high end appliances and the view is amazing. I have nothing bad to say, our experience was above our expectations.
The breakfast is fantastic. For room cleaning I say 4 stars. And the pool with hot water in the night is great.

1. The room looked so nice but we discovered a broken towel in the bathroom. We've told this to a cleaning lady that we need a change and she didn't care much. We had to tell to another one to get it sorted. 2. No space to hang the towels in the bathroom? very bad. 3. The room entrance door looked like it was forced, didn't close properly. 4. Food is actually bad, definetely not for a 4 star hotel. We've had to go and eat somewhere else If now in the pandemic when there is time to fix all the small things the owners don't care too much and with the untrained stuff(cleaners, chefs)... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! TRY TO AVOID THIS WHEN BOOKING!!!!!!
It cannot be possible to ask for a price of 4 stars Hotel, when you do not provide just one shelf in the bathroom; there wasn't even a hanger where to put the bathrobe or the towel. I had to walk through the garage to get to the reception, restaurant or spa area. The room doesn't deserve more than 3 stars. Probably they have better rooms too. The food was just warm and they had awkward music for dinner time. I expected more.
Everything was ok...but the access to the pool was limited. Instead of resolve this issue we have 30 min of pool with program. I chose to stay there for the pool. Maybe in the future invest more in what costumes want, the restaurant personal was week . in rest was ok. I recommend except for the pool.
