They are a joke and should be treated likewise. This is not a hotel, but they charge you as they were. The rooms are just an improvisation. Cheapest quality on everything. Everything is broken, the lights the sockets the furniture wallpaper, everything. You ca hear the people next door snoring due to the 0 soundproofing that they have. You hear non stop drops of water from the broken fan coils etc.. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The whole complex looks abandoned, there is rust everywhere, birdshit, spiderwebs. You have the feeling that everything will fall on top of you. And you get all of this at a ,,4 stars" price. What a joke. I advise you to take into consideration all reviews before coming here. I rushed and got scammed.

Very poor service! Asked for a baby cot, got it the second night and we had to help put it together, the staff did not know how. First hotel I stayed in that did not clean our room after the first night, they did not even take the bin bag. We had no toiletries, no hair dryer, only 2 very small soaps. The breakfast food was poor quality and the milk that was supposed to be warm (label was warm milk) was cold - probably left there since the day before! Staff was very unfriendly. The elevator worked only sometimes. And all of this was very expensive! Would not recomment it to anyone...stay away!

Cum sa ti se anuleze rezervarea după ce ai plătit fără să ți se dea banii inapoi? Doar aici veti afla. Silver Mountain, evaziune, japca, si indiferenta.

Apartamentul in care am fost cazati a fost foarte generos ca suprafață! Prețul cam piperat ! Se mai poate lucra la prezentare! Micile detalii de decor fac diferenta. Pentru dimineață se poate pune la dispoziție o cafea calitativă si nu niste plicuri de ness/ capuccino pe care le găsești in toată zona. La baie mai multă atenție cu curățenia!
