I'm an American living in Brasov with a broken laptop. Shortcut was close by so I went there and was greeted by a friendly and very helpful staff. My hardware problem was solved and repaired within 24 hours, and at a reasonable price. Many many thanks!

Helping, friendly staff and fair prices (sometimes above average, sometimes below). The missing star is for the rather limited range of products available in some categories. Plenty of mice of all types, for example, but not much variety of monitors.
I was looking for an unusual Asus charger and they found it within the next 24 hours! Even when I had asked in many other stores and I didn’t have any answer. Excellent customer service!
The staff is very nice, they have many products in stock at very good prices, and if they don't have something, they will order it and call you when it gets in the shop. The good part is that they are never crouded, so it is a good place if you want something fast.

After one hour of running around Brasov for a DVI cable without success I found this place by chance and found the right cable. The price was very good and good quality for an emergency cable. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. They even have two parking spaces reserved for customers. Highly recommended.
