Like with most business in Romania employers have a hard time finding employees - so there for there is always a shortage for hands on deck. Like answering calls at time. Although waiting in line, might be faster to have your pet seen then getting an appointment. The doctors owning the place, a couple, are very nice and well trained being able to perform from surgery to allergies everything in the spectrum. Finding the place with the help of google maps will throw you off down the street a few houses. Look on the numbers on the buildings and had down to the place. It is on the opposite side as google maps shows it. One star minus for the not so easy way of scheduling and google maps. Four stars plus for dr kindness and willingness to accommodate and help.

Very capable doctors, that provide really thorough examinations. Waiting times are pretty long (30-60 minutes), and services on the pricey side.
