DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION. Worst customer service ever, please DO NOT use this location. I had purchased gas and the payment was 150lei. I used my credit card and it was charged on my end but not theirs. The manager came and made me slide the card again, it charged me 15,000 lei which is about 4,000 dollars. I told the lady \manager\ this is not right and I won't slide the card again but she insisted. My credit card bank messaged me and asked to verify the transaction considering it was a large one. I said no and the fraud department from my bank locked my credit card due to these peoples stupidity. 3-4 people assisted with this issue at the gas station and none of them had any idea what to do. The lady \manager\ was even acting like she knew everything and even demanding me to do things. People like this should be fired and not work in customer service. She's lucky I didn't report her to her company.

Acord o stea, deoarece casiera o doamna mai în vârstă blonda a făcut diferențiere între mine și ceilalți clienți, cu toate ca eu avem alimentare pompa și aștepta lumea la coada afara. Am întrebat dacă ma ajuta și pe mine cineva după ce am tot așteptat, iar ceilalți se băgau în fata. Am primit răspuns... aici eu fac ordinea dacă nu îți convine asta este. Mulțumesc

Am așteptat peste 30 de minute sa aflu o mica informație despre cardurile fil and go la final am fost nevoit sa plec la alta benzinărie. Se pare ca doar șeful de stație are informațiile și el era ocupat. Dacă ai nevoie doar de o alimentare e perfect se descurca nota 10. Pentru alte activități evitați. Mulțumesc
