The hotel looks quite nice but... No fresh towels the second day, no minibar restocked, no room cleaning in two days, no spa, no pool... although it was mentioned on Booking.

This hotel is too highly rated! You will feel like it's a bad joke. The floor carpet is dirty and seems like it wasn't cleaned for years. The bathroom is a disaster! Dirty!!! The bad was full of big lumps. The towels had holes in them and had yellow/brown spots. Another thing was the overall bad smell, it was unbearable. Do not recommendit...
The place itself was good and for a crowd of Forever Living products was spacious. I did not liked their toilets ,one of them was not very clean and the other one did not have toilet papers,and it was a bit messy. I can not imagine the other services how they are,if a luxury place like this does not take care of this elementary thing. I do not really have much confidence in this,and definitely will not bring here any tourists.( I am a national guide).
I am disappointed about this place because I had big expectations. I was here only one time. The reason: company's Christmas party. The toilets was so dirty that I barely approach to them. The men toilet so stupid arranged. When you go to pee into urinal everyone from outside could see you if the door was open. The food had a strange taste, and I think almost poised because a lot of my colleagues accused stomach pain after. The waiters with so much arrogance. They bring orders to tables after a long period of waiting. I asked for a coffee a I received it after approximately 1 hour.
I loved this hotel the moment I stepped in. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and took us thru everything we had to know regarding our stay. The room was spotless and I particularly liked the dark theme of it and the bathroom. I recommend staying here if you're visiting Brasov. Their conference room is also very large and they had all the facilities you could possibly need for your event.

I had a nice experience in this hotel. They happened to host a wedding in their reception hall but the noise was not bothering from my room. Depending on the location of your room, you can have a view of the city, with the mountains in the distance or the parking lot. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The Coresi shopping mall is 10-15 minutes away.
I decided to use Lux for my 3 days staying in Brasov. I was my first time in this location and overall i can say that i was ok. Place is quite, great rooms, nice and tidy, big parking in front of the hotel and spa access. The view from some rooms from Parc building is not the best and staff can be hard to find sometimes at the reception and also quite unprofessional. If you have any troubles i can recommend speaking with the manager and he will sort out your problems as it happened with me when i had an incident with a member of staff. I've been promised 2 days of free staying for my next visit and if everything will be all right than my rating will change to a better one. Another good thing is that the hotel is situated near Coresi shopping centre where you can have a meal out, do your shopping or just relax at cinema.
