a bit of a chaos, but at least they did their best to be helpful. perhaps next time we'll know in advance if there are issues and how to handle them. anyhow, yes, I would definitely recommend them.

When we had decided to explore Romania by camper, it was time to find a rental company. Haff.ro was easily found on the internet. An email sent to them (in English) was quickly answered by the owner Florin. To make a long story short: it was was of the best customer satisfaction experiences I have ever encountered. I have been in that business and know what I am taking about. When we arrived at the airport of Bucharest, one of the employees was already waiting for us and we were brought to the beautiful city of Brasov where the camper was. The camper was almost brand new and after putting our luggage in and getting instructions, we were ready to go. We stayed in Romania, and visited the mountains of Transsylvania (just Google Transfagarasan, Bran Castle, Brasov, just to name a few), the black sea coast, and the beautiful Danube River Delta. Also for exploring Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Croatia, and many other central and south European countries, Haff.ro is the perfect starting point. The camper had a fresh water tank, a very good heating system, a toilet and even a shower. It Also had a TV, with DVD player, and I think it was also prepared for satellite TV as well, but we have not used it. A table and 6 chairs for outside was included as well. In Romania you do not travel fast, but that is not the purpose of holiday anyway. It was a great experience and Haff.ro is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
