Very disappointed. The payment has been done from UK with extremely huge price for door to door delivery. When my boxes arrived to Romania (Brasov) there was no delivery to the dor and FedEx staff unbelievably disrespectful throwing the boxes on the floor in front of the building.

Extremely disappointing. Especially on a paid delivery. Given all necesary information for a smooth delivery, address, mobile number, still no delivery after 3 so called attempts without any kind of notification. Only to find out from the tracking website that \The receiver hasn't been found home\, which is not true. I suggest an improvement on drivers communication with the system. And please stop wasting our time.
