The best agency I've ever worked with. High recommendations.
They changed the time of the departure, after the reservation was made, during the holiday, without giving any reason. Long waiting time. They looks unprofessional.
The most unprofessional company i’ve traveled with. I had to search in the parking for the minivan while the driver wasn’t answering his phone because he was too busy fishing for new travelers. I called the agency and the lady there was blaming me for not being able to find the van, even though nobody called me to inform me where to go. The driver used his phone during driving and had a very aggressive driving style. I don’t recommend this agency, and I certainly will not travel with them again. Also, they have very high prices.
The chairs in front are very unconfortable, they are really small, suitable for kids maybe. After two hours I had a backpain. The driver was very good and helpful.
They just left, at 23:40 because \ I \ was 10 minutes late. With 7 planes landing in the same time and only 3 belts to deliver the luggages... queue for the passports, queue for the luggage....And i was not alone. It was at least 2 other travellers in the same situation. When you leave the airport to go back to Brasov, you are not stressed so much by the time. You could easely wait 10 minutes for the 3 or 4 missing people. And all of us had a pre-paid course... With no train, you just have to hire a Uber or a taxi....
professionals from the all points of view. I recommend to all that are coming in Romania and for the ones who leave the country.
Excessively high prices for what it offers. Can be even better. Not recommended for tourists.
