Modern well maintained buildings, but very little consideration for the environment. Too much concrete, too little green space. Too much sun exposed glass facades to the south - meaning that the buildings consume too much energy for cooling.
Sadly no ATMs here.
Great area. Celan and fresh.
They did a great thing by building the business park. It's serving the entire community in the area, both people working there and people moving in, in the sorrow ding apartments. It's a clean, well maintained and energetic place, especially during the school year when students come out to sit on the grass too. There is a cafeteria where most people get launch from, Coresi Business Launch, which I don't recommend at all. It is highly overpriced and the food quality is below standards. You can have much better food by walking to the large mall for 5 to 10 minutes.
Frendly Place
For a business park it's brilliant. They do have a few shortcomings. They don't clean the parking spots of snow, some of the buildings would need renovation but I know that is also planned.
