Probably one of the best places in town where you can have your vision properly checked. Friendly staff and professional service all the way. When a small mistake occurred during an adjustment to one of my frames, they went all out and ordered the original part although it was a very obscure designer brand pretty hard to get. Effort much appreciated!

Excellent service from the moment I entered the premises to the end. Spacious, clean and pleasant atmosphere. D-na Ioana Stroi was punctual, informative, professional and very pleasant. She presented my situation in a very honest and compassionate manner. D-na Ioana did not hesitate to allow for time and ways for me to clarify any questions I might have had. I was guided to choose the right frames for my face and reassured that the recommended lens and glasses would arrive in time before the holidays. I highly recommend this location and service: prompt, knowledgeable and economic.

Very reliable and extremely professional, working in a very clean and welcoming environment. Am fost pentru un consult la Best Optics. Vârsta o cere ... Este un cabinet ingrijit, in care am fost încălțat cu totoși albaștri. Nu a fost nevoie sa m-a aplec... E automatizata încălțarea. Optometrista mi-a facut consultul si la sfârșit am fost plăcut surprins ca mi-a pus sticle in niste ochelari cu suport lentile cu noile masuri si am putut sa vad cum as fi văzut cu ochelarii mei. Nicăieri nu mi s-a mai intamplat asta, si am mers de multe ori sa schimb ochelarii. După aceia tehniciana a avut răbdare cu mine sa aleg rame, lentile, cu protecție la soare, ecran calculator/TV. Din nou surprins ca pot alege grosimea lentilelor. Ale mele ajunseseră ca fundul de sifon. In general a fost o experienta plăcută. Ma voi întoarce la Best Optic pentru consultul anual. E bine sa ai grija de vedere... Multumesc personalului pentru comportamentul profesional.
Buna ziua! Experienta alaturi de dra Stroi Ioana mi-a adus speranta ca mai avem o sansa de schimbare! Lasand la o parte ca nu am avut nici macar o data parte de un consult oftalmologic atat de complex si cu atatea informatii, atmosfera a fost extrem de primitoare! Protocolul de siguranta si dezinfectare e respectat cu strictete! Dupa control, cumpararea ochelarilor a fost o placere. Nu am fost lasata sa imi aleg o rama si atat. Am primit informatii la fel de complexe despre lentile si ingrijirea lor! Multumesc, dra Madalina! Concluzia: o experinta minunatata!
