Wonderful little shop with actual authentic Romanian products from local artisans. Good prices and exceptional service! A gem of a place, definitely recommend stopping in if you're looking for unique souvenirs.
Very customer unfriendly place, received a gift from there for our little baby, which was too small in size, tried to return/exchange it unsuccessfully - reason: that he tried it on, claiming he was wearing it... Unbelievable. Will strongly recommend everyone not to buy there, as reasonable service and goodwill not seem to be known there, we are very disappointed and suggest other places to buy, which Brasov can offer many all around Update: thanks for your reply, but if it is about the entire story: we came back one hour after the purchase, we tried it on once and were told that after a consultation with the store manager we propably can exchange the product. We put the effort to come back to the City center just for that purpose and then you tell us he has worn it.. Let's not talk about respect and friendliness as if so: 1. Decline straight away to exchange anything, even 1 hour after buying, 2.saves the time to go again and ask, 3.trying on clothes on a baby is not \worn out\ - he didn't even wear it the full hour, went straight to you shop after the try. Any more facts I'm missing or is that closer to the \entire story\ you wanted? Tag and receipt we still had btw.
Really lovely modern handmade gifts, clothes, jewellery and wooden toys. Great for something different but recognisably Romanian.
Everytime I visit this place, I discover more and more nice homemade gifts created with love, I'm sure about it. Jewelry, clothes, bags, accesories, decorations in romanian traditional style and, last but not least, very friendly and helpful staff.
