Amazing experience. Never happened to me into a brico store. There is a lady on the electrical cables and components, who delivers great customer experience. Unfortunately I haven't asked for the name.. However, she helped me with advices and finding what I needed (cables, connectors...) and also helped me replace the car key battery by bringing me useful tools to do it right there. Not all the staff was too friendly as I was looking for other thing as well, some of them even grumpy. But the red hair lady did my day!
