A small prayer house for the Byzantine Catholics, in a historic place which gave quite a few historical personalities. You can find more about the history of the village and the oppressed Byzantine Catholics in the new Monograph of the village written by Dr. Marin Pop, a son of the village. Just to understand the religious cleansing, you can access the village's hall site, and you can see that there is no information about this community at all, even though, it was the Byzantine Catholic community that built the Church and brought the modern age into the community. The Church building and the rectory were taken by the Communist regime back in the 1948, and were given to the Orthodox Church, also an oppressive tool in the hands of the Communists.
