Millennium Square looks better now. It was renovated couple of years ago.You'll find pubs, restaurants and shops here. Worth a visit. Also known as Old City Center.

Must see part of town when in Baia Mare. Full of old buildings and fine dinning and drinking spots. If you have the time go up Stephans Tower and enjoy a great view!
Great atmosphere due to the location of this pub/restaurant. The food is good but not excellent, the staff is friendly, but doesn't get out of their way to accommodate you. All in all, 4 stars would be a good reflection for our experience here.
Probably best place in Baia Mare, the central \old centre\, with lot of pubs and restaurants and where many important events happen.
We were 4 persons, we ordered 4 different dishes and only 2 out of 4 were edible. The polenta was awful- a gigantic portion poorly cooked with too little cheese and other ingredients. The tripe soup - very diluted and tasteless. Thou service was alright but the experience it was still bad.
An excited and magical place where Christmas village was alive.
Lovely place to meet friends, hang out, have a drink on a patio or enjoying any festival.
Excellent food and service, as usual. Highly recommended!
