Defective ATM. They don't really seem to care about the problem. The ATM displays adds some not regarding their products. Trying to deposit money, the ATM tries to load an add which ends in a bluescreen and freezes. Ends in returning the money with no ability to deposit on credit card. Trying to talk with the office ladies, explaining the events, ended with a quote \it's not our problem\ then they directed me to a different ATM that does not accept money deposit. Their response again is ot our problem\. They also close way early than the accepted mandatory time. I understand this might seem as a rare case but not really. The adds that try to load and freezes the system is blatantly idiotic. Hopefully this will get fixed soon. If things continue I can only record the events that show the problem and lack of professionalism and care for their customers as the most popular Romanian bank.

O locatie foarte utila. Exista si bancomat la care poti sa depui bani intr-un cont oricand.
Este singura BT deschisa sambata, care permite si celor care muncesc sa faca operatiuni bancare, dar care din pacate isi bat joc de oameni. De ce ? Intr-o zi de sambata cand fluxul de clienti este chiar triplu, au o singura persoana la ghiseu si pentru 3 persoane in fata, astepti mai bine de 1 ora. Urat !!
Pur si simplu va bateti joc de oameni.este singura banca deschisa Sambata in oras si la chiseu is doar 2 persoane.stau la rand de 50 de minute si mai am inca 4 persoane inaintea mea.sa va fie rusine
