too long queues for issues which should be able to report online as we live in the 21 century

A Romanian company (former Romtelecom) taken over by the German people from Telekom - but it was not a good deal, for sure no! They invested some money in the last two0three years, but have to continue to invest more than a lot, they have to change some odd/old mentalities of their employees and so on... And the services? TV and mobile phones? When will they improve the quality of these?
