Stayed here two times. It is an old soviet style hotel. The major problem is the cleanliness. The carpet is constantly so dirty that sleepers are a must, and they are not offered by the hotel. Toylet also dirty. Been here in cold season and early spring. Not always they had hot water, sometimes dirty. Heating was on only a couple of hours during evening. During the rest of the day it was really cold. And the breakfast is very basic.

So, so! Right in the center, a very good location! But the services aren't so good... They don't have internet in the rooms (and the wi-fi has a very low level!), the TV works on a single channel and so on... The breakfast is free but not so tasteful!
My favourite Bacau hotel. Looks kinda old both the building and the room furniture. Food is fine. It's right in the center of the city so location is excelent. This would be a 3 star but it has a huge balcony and u can smoke in peace and this makes it a 4.
The hotel is almost in the middle of the city, near the old part and nearby park. But it needs important investments in all areas, especially in new mattresses, bed sheets, etc. but also overall atmosphere. Also, the services need improvement, starting with the breakfast bufet (presentation and diversity). It used to be a good hotel, but now it needs to improve, a lot.
