In the beautiful city of Iasi, situated in the Northeast corner of Romania on bulevardul Stefan cel Mare si Sfant no.26. stands Art Georgies cafe and art gallery. I congratulate them because they make the place amazing and you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while viewing wonderful works of art; stained glass, paintings, decorations; all of them very nice items to decorate your home or for souvenirs to give to friends; many paintings in Byzantine, religious and art deco style fill the room. They have professionally reinvented the process which creates the old Byzantine mosaic and stained glass using new and novel materials. If it is a fine day you can sit outside on the terrace and inspect the two colourfully painted vintage volkswagen beetle motorcars, one in gold and the other one with beautifully designed motifs of red, white and shades of green. An enjoyable time in the sun and fresh air for the avid motor enthusiast! The elegance of the place is perfectly combined with the kindness of the staff and the reasonable prices. If you have a short trip in Iasi, I can really recommend this place, because it is close to the Palace of Culture and near to other historical monestaries and churches in Iasi. If you are not near to Iasi they also have a showroom in Bucharest, the capital of Romania.

Nice outdoor seats along the street. Great selection of tea and it comes very well presented. According to my husband, the coffee is good as well. Prices are moderate.

I drank a ristretto and a classic lemonade here and it was extremely tasty ! The mosaic cars give a nice vibe to this awsome place. I really liked the inside of the place as well, there are alot of religious paintings and drawings. Good job!

You will find here very nice coffee and tea. It is placed in the city center on one of the oldest streets in the city where you can enjoy in any season good music.
